Account Access Information

Registration allows users to submit access requests and track decisions for restricted or culturally sensitive collection items.

Public and Research Users

Can browse catalogue records, request access to restricted materials and view request outcomes through their account.

Library Staff Accounts

Staff accounts are used to support request administration, catalogue management and supervised access arrangements at the library.

Reviewer Accounts

Community reviewers and Elders may review culturally sensitive records, add consultation comments and support access decisions.

Access reminder: Approval to view restricted material does not automatically allow copying, photography, publication or redistribution. Conditions are recorded with each decision.

After Registration

Requesting Access to Collection Items

After signing in, users can open an item record, submit an access request and provide a reason for use. Approved requests may include instructions for viewing materials at the physical library under supervised conditions.
